1. General

By booking a transfer through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our website or by direct contact.

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message (email, SMS, or WhatsApp).

Please ensure that all details provided (pickup location, time, contact information) are accurate.

3. Pricing

All prices are provided in advance and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The final price is based on the details provided at the time of booking.

Any changes to the booking may result in a price adjustment.

4. Payment

Payment can be made:

  • Online (if available)
  • In cash to the driver (if selected)

Full payment must be completed before or at the time of the transfer, depending on the chosen method.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a charge.

No-shows (when the customer does not appear at the pickup location) will be charged in full.

6. Delays & Waiting Time

We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times when necessary.

For airport pickups:

  • A reasonable waiting time is included after landing.

For other pickups:

  • The driver will wait up to a reasonable time (usually 10–15 minutes).

Additional waiting time may be charged.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Be present at the agreed pickup location on time
  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Inform us of any changes as soon as possible

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.

8. Luggage

Please ensure that the selected vehicle is suitable for your luggage.

If the number or size of luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, we may not be able to complete the transfer.

9. Service Availability

We provide pickup services from:

  • Afandou
  • Faliraki
  • Kolymbia
  • Rhodes Airport

Transfers are available to all major destinations on the island.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances

However, we will always do our best to provide a reliable and timely service.

11. Safety

All vehicles are maintained to high safety standards and driven by professional drivers.

Seat belts must be worn at all times.
